Card: Saenchai, Nakamura & Dejrit Poptheeratham at Hero Legends – China – 16/01/2016

The great (Chinese) Kickboxing event: Hero legend returns with a new edition that will take place on 16th January 2016 at the CR Shimei Bay International Marina Club (Hotel) at Wanning, Hainan, China.

Last year, this brand new event got very famous in the international scene, thanks to fantastic card of last year edition, that initially featured the fight of the century: Giorgio Petrosyan vs Yodsanklai.

After the first event’s poster (that was actually showing the two champs) got viral, MuayFarang.com news press announced in advance the possibility of this fight (News), but stated that it wouldn’t have taken place at Hero Legend event; in fact after few weeks the Chinese organization officially announced that Giorgio would have faced the Chinese Xu Yan (News – Video).

We’re still positive about this fight taking place one day or another!

Also this edition features a great card; even though there are only few details about it, we already know that some great champions will attend this event, such as Saenchai, Dejrit Poptheeratham and Nakamura who faced Mathias Gallo Cassarino (when he was 19) in a historic fight at Lumpinee Stadium (Video). Who knows if the next editions will feature some great Italian names such as Giorgio Petrosyan and Mathias Gallo Cassarino?
