Second Max Muay Thai 62Kg Tournament – 7th June 2015

As every first week of the month,  next Sunday 7th June 2015  the Max Muay Thai “TOP” event will be held featuring the second chapter of the 62kg Tournament.

As you know, Mathias Gallo Cassarino of 7 Muay Thai Gym (Rayong) won the first chapter of the Tournament by conquering the “Silver” belt and 200.000 baht (around 5.400 euro). Now he’s waiting to know the names of the opponents he will face in the final tournament at the end of the year.  Up for grabs 1 Milion Baht (around 27.000€)
In the tournament of June 7, the strong Thai Seoui will also compete and one of the most quoted Bangkok’s  “Farang” fighter: Juan Mario Kaewsamirt.

Mathias already faced and defeated Juan Mario in Bangkok (July 2013) and conquered the WPMF belt (Video) in a spectacular and well fought match. Seoui is a Channel 7 veteran who already defeated Juan Mario at Muay Thai Warriors (video).
Also in the tournament a Russian from Sasiprapa Gym and the French/Tunisian  Galaoui who will also be in the Toyota 64 Kg Marathon in which  Mathias Muay Farang will also compete, in this 8 Man tournament of which 4 Thais to make sure Thailand will be in the final.
A true sign that “Farang” or better “Muay Farang” in Thailand is starting to change from “respected” to “feared”.
