Andy Ristie number 1 Liverkick Ranking

Concerning Muay Thai – it is known that the official ranking are one of the big federations such as  WPMF and WBC Muay Thai, unfortunately the WMC doesn’t publish rankings therefore it doesn’t have any international value. Regarding K-1/Fight Code rules (both defined as Kickboxing by Thai people)  the most reliable ranking is the one published by the website LiverKick.com.

Until a few days ago Andy Ristie wasn’t classified in Liverkick’s (70kg) ranking, but this is what’s good about ring sports. Andy Ristie entered the ranking in the first position, because in one night he defeated Giorgio Petrosyan (News e video) who was holding the first place from many years, and Robin Van Roosmalen who for all the experts was the only one who could pull off “the Doctor’s” first place.

This is the law of the ring which can make a fighter a worldwide superstar in one day.
Note, that what is gained quickly is also difficult to maintain in time.
