The next edition of Glory Kickboxing (Glory 40) will take place next 29th April, at Forum 
Copenaghen, in Copenaghen city in Denmark.
The final episode of the trilogy Wilnis vs Marcus and the challenge between the “man of the house” Larsen and the Thai beast Yodkhunpon are the main events of a brilliant night, including a middleweight contender 4-men tournament and other 5 matches of the Superfight series.
On the Superfight series, much interest around the Abraham vs Bates welterweight match. English Jamie Bates will debut on a Glory main card after his exciting performance at Road to Glory UK. But a no-easy fight for him at all, versus American Richard Abraham, no.6 ranked in Glory and in search of a victorious comeback after his last loss at Glory 38.
Thailand will yet again be a big part of a Glory night, as no.3 ranked Yodkhunpon Sitmonchai makes his come back on the Glory ring, after his latest bout had to be canceled due to visa issues. This time he will face n.6 ranked Niclas Larsen from Denmark.
The headline event will be Dutch champion Jason Wilnis, who will face former world champ from Canada, Simon Marcus, for the Middleweight World Title. The two already fought twice in the past, and the score is is 1-1. This will be the fight for the truth, as Marcus will try to avenge his only loss in the last two years, therefore we expect Simon Marcus to have the upper-hand on current champ Jason Wilnis. In the last contest at Glory 33 New Jersey, Marcus saw his title fall in the hands of his opponent.
