Complete card Oktagon 2014
Looking at the fantastic matchmaking of “Oktagon 2014” (News), we can notice that many fighters in the card have been training at Muay Farang’s camp ‘Red&BlueGYM‘. The event will be held at Filaforum in Assago-Milan.
Muay Thai has a big part in this event thanks to the show “Made in Thailand”. From few years, Oktagon’s manager Carlo Di Blasi and Muay Farang manager Roberto Gallo Cassarino are trying to bring a real Muay Thai (as in Thailand) to Milan. The great support of Royal Thai Embassy, the great passion for Muay Thai of Roberto Gallo Cassarino e the great mediatic/organizational power of Carlo Di Blasi this year will give to Oktagon’s magic audience a Muay Thai (3×3) that can compete with Lumpinee Stadium.
Oktagon will host the great Russian show “Legend” for Kickboxing and K-1 fights.
In the “Made in Thailand” show will fight:
– Luca Gigliotti vs Xavier Bastard – 60kg
– Davide Longoni vs Hamailise Massinissa -95kg
The Thai team selected by Muay Farang of Bangkok will face Oktagon’s selection finalists (Italian):
– Filippo Solheid vs Jenrob Pumphanmuang (Video match vs Aranchai Kiatpataraphan)
– Fabio Siciliani vs Prakaysaeng Gaiyanghadao (a veter who faced names as Aikpracha -video-, Kem Sitsongpeenong – video)
– The strong Ukrain Sergei Kuliaba (Video ) vs Sak Kaoponlek who doesn’t need to be presented.
“Legend” show card:
-The Bealerus Yury Bessmertny (who recently faced the South African Warren Stevelmans at Thai Boxe Mania 2014 – News) will face the Dutch superstar Andy Souwer (K-1 World Max 2005 and 2007 Champion)
-The Russian Dzabhar Askerov (winner of Legend’s tournament ) vs the Ukrain Artur Kyshenko
-The Ukrain Enriko Gogokhia (who defeated Sitthichai Sitsongpeenong at Oktagon 2013 even if the verdict was arguable) vs the Italian Alessandro Campagna (who returns to K1 after a short experience in Muay Thai world, promoted by Muay Farang at Max Muay Thai )
-The Thai Champion Sitthichai Sitsongpeenong who recently defeated Chingiz Allazov at Thai Boxe Mania (News) will face the strong Magrebin Mohamed Kamal (who lives and trains in Oland).
-Big revenge fight between the Ukrain Alim Nabiev and Armen Petrosyan. The two fighters already fought once at W5 Grand Prix on November 16, 2013 (News). Alim last summer trained at Red & Blue MF Gym di Pattaya.
Red & Blue MF Gym di Pattaya it’s a new camp open just from few months but already well attended, in fact Jenrob Pumphanmuang , Alessandro Campagna and Alim Nabiev trained in this camp.
