Muay Thai fights are officially back on. As we all know, exactly one months ago Thailand suffered the tragic loss of H.M. King Bhumibol Adulyadej, since than all entertainment related events have been paused throughout the country, but as of tomorrow, Monday 14 November, the mourning period is over.

The first show will take place tomorrow (14/11/2016) at Rajadamnern Stadium in Bangkok and will be organized by Petchviset promotion.

The main event on the card will be a huge one, a re-match between two of the most famed ‘yod muays’ of the moment: Seksan Or Kwanmuang & Superlek Mor Rattanabundit. Their first contest went down last 23rd September for the WBC World title at 130lbs (video) and Superlek came out as the winner, even if the decision was very controversial, therefore, the immediate re-match was to be expected.

This fight is not the only one to get hyped about, as on the card we spot Muangthai PKSaenchaiMT, who has finished his last couple of fights by 1st round elbow TKO, the latest one against technique master Petchpanomrung Kiatmoo9 (video), who has recently debuted in Glory Kickboxing (news); he will face another great ‘fee meu’ (technical) fighter: Kaimookkao Por Thairungruankamai.
